Seeking Patient Coordinator for a Dynamic Dental Practice

Are you a friendly and organized individual who enjoys providing exceptional patient care? We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Patient Coordinator to join our thriving dental practice and be the first point of contact for our valued patients.

Position: Full-Time Patient Coordinator

Working Days:
3-5 days a week

12-hour shifts 7 :00 AM - 7 : 00 PM

6-hour shifts: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM / 1:00 PM-7:00 PM

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's appointment book.
- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with insurance-related queries.
- Coordinate and manage patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns with empathy.
- Handle financial transactions, including billing and payment processing.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent attention to accuracy.
- Proficient in using dental practice management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting preferred.
