- ** Pre-Employment Screening** - Administer the necessary background checks, reference checks, and drug screens before completing the recruiting event.
- Manage the organization's relationships with external recruitment agencies and their representatives.
- Manage the organization's employee recruitment referral program

**Skills you will bring to the table**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
