**Job Overview**:

- Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide outstanding customer service
- Assist guests as they shop within the Bottle Shop, answering questions and locating items
- Suggest additional items to enhance guests' purchases
- ** Must have weekend availability**

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum one year of retail experience in sales or customer service
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of merchandise currently being offered
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, reliable, and motivated
- Basic math skills and ability to use a cash register
- Patience when dealing with difficult guests
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- A team player with a \can do\ attitude
- High level of customer service skills
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Outgoing, friendly, and enjoys interacting with people
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Sell merchandise from the Bottle Shop in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver outstanding guest service to retain and gain customers
- Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures
- Assist in maintaining the appearance of the Bottle Shop
- Participate in meetings and marketing events
- Contribute to wine tasting, wine, and gift shop sales goals
- Maintain open and clear communication as a strong team player
