Part-time Position: 3pm-11pm. Supervises patient care throughout the Hospital on an 8-hour basis. Is responsible for ensuring continuity of care with other shifts through assessment of all patients and communication at the end of each shift. Is responsible for assisting in meeting the Joint Commission Standards for all Units of the Hospital, for managing all assigned personnel, supplies and equipment for each particular shift. Responsible for promoting teamwork with the Nursing Department, with physicians, and personnel of other Departments. Acts as clinical troubleshooter, and is responsible for the administration and interpretation of all Nursing Department Policies and Procedures.

**Job Requirements**
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing;
- Current licensure in the State of Pennsylvania;
- Bachelor of Science preferred;
- Minimum of two years full time clinical experience;
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.

**Physical Standards**:
**Constantly**:(Exists 75% or more of the time) Standing; walking; balance; lifting 0-10 lbs.; carrying 5-10 lbs.

**Frequently**:(Exists 25-75% of the time) Sitting with and without back support; reaching (overhead, forward, lateral, low); stooping (bend at waist); crouching (bend at knees); balance; lifting 10-55 lbs.; carrying 0-5 and 10-25 lbs.; pushing and pulling 15
- 100 lbs. (help is available).

**Occasionally**:(Exists 5- 25% of the time) Lifting 55-75 lbs.; exposure to radiation, chemical hazards, infect hazards, slippery surfaces.

**Rarely**:(Exists under 5% of the time) Kneeling; climbing; lifting 75-100 lbs.; carrying 25
- 100 lbs.; pushing and pulling 0-15 lbs.; operating machinery.
