**Position: Store Manager**
As a Store Manager, you'll be at the forefront of inspiring excellence and achieving sales milestones. Your role will include:

- _Setting Standards:_ Maintain a daily focus on achieving individual and team targets, driving us towards sales and profit projections.

**What We're Looking For**:

- _Leadership Experience:_ Bring at least one year of retail management experience, preferably in jewelry or specialty retail.
