**Job Overview**:

**Duties**:

- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the overall well-being of clients.
- Support with household tasks including laundry, light housekeeping, shopping, meal prep and organization.
- Collaborate with home care agency to ensure the care needs of clients are met.
- Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's specific requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in senior care, assisted living, patient care, or related fields is beneficial.
- Knowledge of home care systems and practices is advantageous.
- Ability to engage in social work activities and provide support within a home community setting.
- Proficiency in maintaining a clean and organized environment for clients.

**Required**:
Valid MA driver's license

Reliable Transportation

Physician Statement (Good Health with No Restrictions)

Up-Dated TB (Tuberculosis) Negative Results or an X-Ray report

A copy of up-dated auto insurance policy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
