**Manager, Alliance GTM**

**Annual Salary Range**:$110,000.00 to $150,000.00 depending on experience.

**Summary**:
Manage Toshiba’s strategic alliances and business portfolio within the US market for solutions marketing. Responsible for Alliance Management, Alliance and Portfolio Governance, Business Portfolio Management, Integrated Marketing Project Management and Marketing Intelligence and insights to ensure the success of the Toshiba Strategic Alliance Program (TSAP) and Business portfolio operations. Manage solutions marketing operations to drive successful outcomes and achieve business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish best practices/standards for the Alliance Programs and develop additional
programs to facilitate comprehensive partnerships.
- Manage alliance programs and partnerships, ensuring alignment with strategic
objectives and business management functions within TSAP.
- Engage with new vendors for business analysis and market potential assessment.
- Develop and manage alliance strategy plans in collaboration with C-suite and marketing
leadership.
- Develop specialized reporting to track alliance performance and business outcomes.
- Create and manage Go-to-Market plans for offerings in the solutions portfolio, including
gap analysis and alignment to Toshiba’s distribution framework.
- Engage with the C-suite of alliances for strategic alignment and partnership
development.
- Understand and navigate compliance requirements and legal considerations.
- Manage contract negotiations and serve as the legal point of contact for alliance
- related matters, including negotiation and amendment of new contract requirements.
- Develop metrics and scorecard management framework to drive growth initiatives and
optimize products and segments performance across business portfolios.
- Governance of portfolio lifecycle operations and multi-regional/channel business
initiatives.
- Development and execution of integrated marketing plans aligned with Go To Market
(GTM) strategies. Identify problem areas, develop solutions, and collaborate with cross
functional Teams, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure successful execution.
- Implementation of project portfolio management methodologies to streamline launch
processes.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence and assess metrics to assess business
operations and alliances. Translate analytical data and intelligence into executive presentations / recommendations which facilitate strategic decision making that impact growth initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and identify emerging opportunities for portfolio placement.
- Develop customized reporting capability as required
- Performing other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a combination of the following areas:

- Marketing Program development and implementation
- Alliance Management: Contract negotiation, relationship management, compliance, and legal oversight
- Demonstrated ability to understand and navigate compliance requirements and legal considerations.
- Business Portfolio Management: Demonstrated experience driving growth initiatives, optimizing performance, and overseeing governance.
- Integrated Marketing Planning: developing and executing plans aligned with go-to-market strategies
- Must be knowledgeable of strategic planning and go to market business planning tactics.
- Project Portfolio Management: Implementing Methodologies to streamline launch processes and trach progress
- Market Intelligence and Insights: Gathering and analyzing business data and developing recommendations to improve marketing operations.
- Must be a strategic thinker with demonstrated experience developing actionable marketing plans to achieve
objectives.
- String communication skills with demonstrated ability collaboration with senior management and cross functional teams to drive consensus
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment with the adaptability and
resilience to navigate a variety of business challenges
- Experienced in contributing to the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risk.
- Innovation and creativity to explore innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must have the ability to travel
