Marvin Engineering designs and produces military Alternate Mission Equipment. Marvin Test Solutions designs and manufactures armament Test Equipment. **PURPOSE**

**JOB DUTIES**
- Coordinate activities around front desk and lobby areas
- Submission of Facilities work request
- Record and file lobby activities
- Coordinate employee parking shuttle schedule
- Other duties as assigned
- Including full knowledge and understanding of the duties completed by Receptionist I.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- 3+ years of related experience of security and safety procedures pertaining to DOD required.
- 5+ years of receptionist experience is required at this level
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Strong skills in organizing and prioritizing
- Professional dress attire
- BSIS is preferred
- Courteous and alert
- Must be available to work overtime and weekends, as required
- Must be able to speak/read/write English
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs
- Bilingual a plus
- Able to work 9am - 6pm work shift
