**Duties**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Knowledge of senior care, working with people with people with developmental disabilities, or childcare is a plus
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
- Take vital signs and record them accurately

**Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of social work principles and practices
- Experience in home care or patient care settings
- Ability to drive and have a valid driver's license
- Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism
- First aid certification is preferred but not required

**Requirements**:

- Must be 18 yrs & above
- High School diploma
- Passion in assisting, providing companionship to elderly & PWD's
- Reliable transportation
- License to work in the United States
