Porter

**Job description**

The Porter will be responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the apartment complex and all areas related to the day‐to‐day operations of the community. Duties and skills will include, but are not limited to:
**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for meticulous upkeep/cleanliness of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and common areas, parking lots and other community buildings.
- Cleaning of hallways, windows, corridors.
- Remove trash and recycling daily from the building and transport to outside dumpster areas.
- Remove trash from the community perimeter on a daily basis.
- Clean apartments at time of turnover; assist in the preparation/cleaning of market ready units.
- Assist senior maintenance staff on work orders and other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Must be courteous, professional and reliable.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Previous related experience preferred.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
