Burma Love - Menlo Park is the newest location to join the Burma Love/Burma Superstat family of restaurants. We have an open position for an experienced bartender to help run the beverage program. **Skills & Experience**

2+ years of bartending experience.

1+ years prior hospitality experience

Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beers and wines

Food Handler & RBS certification needed.

Previous experience working at an Asian restaurant is a plus.

Knowledge of Toast POS system.

Working knowledge of ADP is a plus

**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Help evolve and grow the cocktail, beer, wine, and beverage program.
- Train and educate FOH and BOH staff regarding the bar program as needed
- Continue developing and refining standard operating procedures related to the bar.
- Daily setup of the bar. Ensure fresh ingredients are available for service.
- Maintain clean stations at all times. Uphold strict procedures regarding hygiene
- Assist with table-side service as needed to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain high level of professionalism at all times with co-workers and guests.
- Be able to lift up to 30-40 lbs and stand for the duration of working shift.
- Be available for scheduled shifts on weekdays and weekends
