**As an IT Solutions Specialist at Jocko Fuel you will serve as a pivotal link between technology and business operations, ensuring seamless integration and functionality of IT systems across all departments. This role is tailored for driven professionals who aspire to specialize in ERP systems management while maintaining a broad influence over the company's entire IT landscape. This role will report to the Director of Information Technology.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Enterprise Systems Integration: Act as a key liaison between IT and various business units, ensuring that all enterprise systems including ERP (NetSuite, Dynamics) support functional areas such as sales, operations, finance, etc., effectively.**
- **Strategic IT Planning: Participate in strategic planning with senior IT management to enhance business processes through technology solutions that align with company goals.**
- **ERP System Specialization: Over time, take on a leadership role in the management and customization of ERP systems, focusing on scalability and alignment with business growth.**
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with all departments to understand their technology needs and implement solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.**
- **Training and Development: Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for users across the company to ensure high adoption rates and proficient use of IT systems.**
- **Vendor and Third-Party Support: Support relationships with software vendors and third parties, ensuring that integrations and operations are optimized for performance.**
- **IT Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for IT systems, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and systems are maintained effectively.**
- **Project Management Support: Support projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within budget, and achieve organizational objectives.**

Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven IT Experience: Strong track record in managing and implementing enterprise IT systems, with specific expertise in ERP platforms preferred.

Industry Knowledge: Robust understanding of the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, especially within the context of a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Leadership and Collaboration: Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional projects and teams.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities with a strong focus on problem-solving and process improvement.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technology solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
