**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Analyze project drawings and specifications to determine the scope of work
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
- Review and analyze bids, contracts, and change orders
- Utilize software such as GAF QuickMeasure
- Conduct site visits to gather information for accurate estimates
- Present estimates to management and clients in a clear and professional manner

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Ability to interpret contracts and technical drawings
- Proficiency in negotiation and pricing strategies
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Familiarity with project management principles

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
