**Scale Operator-Floater-Crusher/Aggregates**

**What you can expect**:

- Starting at $23/hour or more depending on experience, with a $10/hour shift differential
- Annual increase potential
- OT after 8
- Per Diem & travel time pay
- Paid Time Off

**What you will do**:

- Operate scales for aggregates and asphalt
- Provide great customer service to both internal & external customers
- Administrative duties needed throughout the day
- Communicate with other lines of business throughout the day
- Learn a new trade
