**Must Have Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fields
- Active CPA or equivalent certification
- Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements
- Ability to provide expert testimony
- Ability to attend settlement conferences
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in public accounting or related field
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Dissomaster and QuickBooks (training provided)
- Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
- Advanced degree preferred

**Must Have Soft Skills**:

- Strong leadership skills for staff training
- Effective communication with attorneys and clients
- Attention to detail and accuracy in report preparation

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform many duties of an advance level forensic accountant including working directly for corporate clients, under the supervision of upper level management
- Performance of valuation, forensic, and appraisal analyses, including development of comparative adjusted financial statements and data input for expert witness exhibits
- Knowledgeable of the relevant statutory and family codes and their applicability to accounting principles in performance of forensic accounting
- Provide case direction and strategy
- Participate in client assignments from beginning to end
- Create forensic and economics models for presentation of forensic standard accounting system
- Identify and communicate case issues, finding, and improvement opportunities with managers and partners to resolve client issues discovered during engagements
- Work with document control team to inventory and reconcile documents and data produced in preparation for submission to courts, attorneys and clients
- Assist in preparation of exhibits and background information for expert witness testimony
- Maintain and comply with highest degree of professional standards, client confidentiality and personal conduct
- Participate in training and developing staff and building a team-centered client service team; monitor client issues related to compliance services and monitor engagement status and profitability as well as attending to clients expectation
- Provide expert testimony in legal proceedings
- Attend family law conferences and events as the firm's representative
- Lead and direct forensic accounting department
- Participate in building and scaling business.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
