**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a seasonal Cellar Hand - Assistant Winemaker, your day begins with the sun rising over our lush vineyards. You start with grape sampling, ensuring only the best quality grapes make it into our wines. As the morning progresses, you assist in the reception and crushing of grapes, monitoring the fermentation process closely. By afternoon, you're hands-on with barreling, carefully handling and moving 60-gallon wine barrels. You also perform essential tasks like cleaning and maintaining equipment. Throughout the day, you work both indoors and outdoors, embracing the ever-changing environment. Each day is dynamic and engaging, reflecting the vibrant life of our vineyard.

**QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CELLAR HAND - ASSISTANT WINEMAKER**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work long hours and in physically demanding conditions

**Preferred**: Some experience in the winemaking industry
