Description:
**JOB SUMMARY**

This is a 412th Test Wing Program Management position capable of performing duties independently to assist in the management of numerous Research Development Test & Evaluation projects for the AFTC test capabilities.

Such as TSPI, TELEMETRY, MCR Development, and Data Distribution Developments. Support may include,

Schedule development and management using methods and tools specified by the government.
- Development of Acquisition documents such as Project Management Plans, PMR Packages, Supporting contract documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, other support contractors, 412 TW staff organizations and functionals and other government organizations.
- Provides knowledge and experience in acquisition Project Management and general organizational workflow (philosophy, policies, and procedures) to procurement activities, project/program management tasks, acquisition programs and organizational activities. Support will not include counseling, mentoring, judgmental/discretionary decisions, or other activities related to supervision of Government personnel.
- Assist in updating/maintaining required program/business management documents, including but not limited to: Concept of Operations, Program/Project Management Plan, Risk Management Plan, Life Cycle Support Plan, and Acquisition Plan.
- Develop and deliver business management progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Attend project meetings, Project Management Reviews, Acquisition/Business Management Exchange Meetings, Process Reviews, and briefings given to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and update project schedule, timelines, and milestones from initiation to delivery to meet program goals.
- Identify and assess project issues and develop solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Serve as an interface and point of contact with Government program / business management representatives, on program / business management issues / concerns.
- Provides knowledge and experience in acquisition Project Management and general organizational workflow (philosophy, policies, and procedures) to procurement activities, project/program management tasks, acquisition programs and organizational activities.
- Assist in the review of acquisition documents / work packages to ensure timely commitment / obligation of resources.

**Requirements**:
**REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES**
- Must demonstrate an extensive understanding of project / business management processes and procedures, planning and scheduling methods, and budget management as well as the ability to organize, schedule, and coordinate workloads to meet established milestones and budgets.
- Must possess the ability to initiate, plan, and manage projects; the ability to identify issues, analyze and interpret data and develop solutions to a variety of non-routine matters of diverse scope and nature; strong analytical, communication, documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills; and the ability to work independently and lead in a team environment.
- Work is performed independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- This skill level requires 3 to 10 years of experience or a bachelor’s, master’s degree in the applicable discipline. This skill level typically performs all functional duties independently.

Qualification Substitution:

- Bachelor's Degree - 6 years’ work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree or associate degree plus 4 years’ work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
