**The role you’ll contribute**:
The Practice Manager I is responsible for the overall operational success of their assigned Primary Care Network practices. Provides leadership and direction to the entire team in that location. The practice Manager I will be responsible for efficient and effective operations of a practice with 3-5 providers and roughly 10 additional staff members. Responsible for favorable results related to financials, patient experience, provider and staff satisfaction, consumer initiatives, easy access to care, and value-based care.

- Leads entire team within the practice to focus on service and care excellence.
- Recruits, hires, and onboards team members based on mission, culture, and skills fit.
- Evaluates and manages all key performance indicators to include value-based care, patient experience, finances, staffing mix, and provider and staff satisfaction.
- Meets regularly with team members and providers to share performance and drive positive results. Provides oversight and accountability for consumer experience performance and builds and executes consumer focused action plans. Proactively reaches out to patients when service recovery is needed.
- Accountable for overall financial performance of practice, including budget management and revenue cycle performance. Draft action plans, in conjunction with Finance to ensure financial targets are met, and adjust when performance is not as expected.

**The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed**:
- **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field and 1 year of healthcare leadership experience.
- Or equivalent experience in healthcare leadership.
**_EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:_**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field
**_LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:_**
- Current, valid BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
**_LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED:_**
- Certified by the American College of Medicare Practice Executives (ACMPE).
- Certified by Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM).
**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Leads team of roughly 10 team members and oversees operations of 3-5 Physicians and APPs
