**Badminton Coach for Elementary Students - After School Summer Program**

**Role Overview**

**Schedule**
- Classes will be held in the morning & afternoon, with specific times to be followed.
- Summer Program

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Skill Development**: Teach and enhance students' Badminton skills.
- **Training Planning**: Develop and implement a training program that is engaging and appropriate for the age and skill level of the students.
- **Mentoring and Guidance**: Serve as a mentor to students, promoting values like teamwork, respect, and dedication.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Assess and monitor the progress of students, providing feedback and adjustments to their training as needed.
- **Safety Management**: Ensure all training sessions are conducted safely, with adherence to sport and school safety guidelines.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience in Coaching**: Previous experience coaching basketball, particularly at the elementary student level.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- **Leadership Qualities**: Proven ability to lead and motivate young athletes, fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to work in the afternoon schedule and adjust to program needs and changes.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 2 per week
