**The Position**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader with a passion for hospitality, events, and exceptional guest experiences. This Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations, strategic direction, and overall success of the on-site conference center, in-house production capabilities and small meeting coordination.

The Director of Conference Center, Production & Studio Operations will lead a team of professionals and manage suppliers to produce impactful live and virtual events.

**Relationships**

Reports to the Lead of Meetings and Travel Solutions, NNI Business Solutions. (NBS) Represents NBS as a key liaison with Corporate Communications, Strategic Meetings and all internal meetings stakeholders. May represents NNI on Global System Advisory Boards for conference center and AV needs. Develops a deep and collaborative relationship with key stakeholders and senior management within Communications, Marketing, Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT and other relevant business areas including strategic meetings vendors.

**Essential Functions**
- Lead and manage NNI’s in-house production team, (combination of Colleagues and Managed Service) providing strategic direction, mentorship, and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality video and audio-visual content
- Exceptional operational oversight of NNI’s state-of-the-art Conference Center, along with the servicing, setup and technology for all NNI conference rooms
- Act as lead advisor for development of new podcast and AV studio as a part of the NNI HQ building renovations
- Act as the Production SME providing consultative support for onsite and off-site production engagements. Advise business partners of what “good looks like”
- Establish in-house AV, podcast creative team using a combination of MSP and NNI resources
- Oversee studio operations, including equipment maintenance, studio scheduling, and resource allocation to support a seamless production process
- Ensure NNI is securing top talent, technology, equipment, and adopting best in class processes that will enhance stakeholder experiences
- Establish and maintain Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Meetings Management, Marketing, Sales, and Corporate Communications, to meet project requirements and deliver compelling visual and audio content in all productions
- Manage and optimize production workflows, processes, and resources to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of high-quality content
- Coordinate and execute small-scale meetings and events, including logistics, and on-site coordination, to ensure seamless execution
- Drive efficiencies with vendors, catering and hospitality related services surrounding all meetings on site
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand event requirements, objectives, and budget, and provide personalized, high-quality service tailored to their needs
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee event-related services, such as catering, audio-visual, and transportation, to deliver exceptional meeting experiences
- Project management to track timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring efficient planning and execution of small meetings and events
- Provide post-event reporting and analysis to evaluate the success of meetings, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and client satisfaction
