- Restaurant Servers are responsible for serving members in a friendly and efficient manner and play an integral role in ensuring our members have exceptional dining experiences. At all times, Restaurant Servers are expected to be attentive to our guests' needs, making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed.

**Essential and Duties Responsibilities**:

- Help members select food and beverages by presenting a menu, offering cocktails, explaining the chef's specialties and answering food preparation questions.
- Stay updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of any items, etc.
- Ring in all items as a cashier and collect appropriate signatures and number from members.
- Transmit orders to the kitchen by recording members' choices, identifying members' special dietary needs and requests.
- Serve orders by picking up and delivering items from the kitchen, deliver accompaniments and condiments from service bars.
- Respond to additional member requirements by inquiring of needs, observing dining process.
- Maintain table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, being alert to member spills or other needs.
- Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
- Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.
- Adhere to Company’s grooming and appearance standards consistently.
- Promptly address customer service issues and refer members to management when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Must obtain an alcohol certification within 60 days of hire.
- Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 30 pounds without assistance
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
