- An assistance operations manager plays a vital role in ensuring that a business's day-to-day operations run smoothly. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials. They are also responsible for ensuring that effective methods are put into place to run its maximum productivity. An operations manager main responsibilities include handling the organization's logistics, the brands, preparing budgets and inventories, and overseeing the supervision of employees. The job holder will be expected to harness a working environment that encourages team work, energy, and creativity._
- **Work Duties**:_
- _Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard to set a positive example for the shift team_
- _Having a strong awareness to meet the standards of the shop & guest experience_
- _Responsible for daily storage restock, organization, and efficiency_
- _Deliver excellent customer service to all customers to present the hospitality & value of Shotted_
- _Operation workflow improvement & delegation of task to reach desired results according to standard._
- _Responsible of scheduling employees based on availability, cover on days/shift that are understaffed._
- _Train, hire and communicate with potential prospects and new employees_
- _Manage and implement employee manual_
- _Optimize & implement ordering of all materials needed for daily use_
- _Direct and coordinate activities of businesses with team and operations manager_
- _Determine staffing requirements & oversea processes. Create plans based on catering projects._
- _Monitor businesses to ensure that they efficiency and effectively provide needed service with in budgetary limits._
- _Oversee activities directly related to the business services_
- _Manage the movement of goods into and out of production facilities_
- _Implement product marketing strategies including advertisement campaign and sales promotions_
- _In charge of implementing of business measures_
- _Provide feedback, training, and other team development exercise._
- _Follow health, safety sanitation guidelines for all products_
- _Packaging food and beverages for sale._
- _Cleaning, organizing and restocking workspace and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment._

**Qualifications**:

- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience in operations management
- Knowledge of inventory control and supply chain management
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overnight shift
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Guest services: 2 years (preferred)
- Food service: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:
