Warehouse Crew

Description:
**Position Overview**:
The Warehouse Associate will ensure product moves efficiently from receiving of inventory to production to be used in the completion of products.

- Complete all related tasks assigned to warehouse
- receiving of inventory, organization and stocking, transporting materials to production area
- Safely operate forklift, handcarts and other transportation equipment to move materials
- Quickly and efficiently respond to production requests for materials; anticipate needs of productions by understanding the production cycle and timing
- Review inventory to ensure accuracy in both receiving and production processes. Report any freight damage or issues to supervisor.
- Proficiently utilize software to execute tasks (ERP system, shipping systems, general office systems, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Assist with regular and spot inventory procedures
- Adheres to all safety protocols.

**Requirements**:
**Experience/ Education**:

- High school diploma or other equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required

**Skills**:

- Motivated, Self-Starter
- Can work effectively independently or with a team
- Highly detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Computer literate
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

**Physical Demands**:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is consistently required to stand, walk; use fine motor skills, talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to reach overhead and lift objects of over 50lbs; frequently use team lift or material handling equipment to lift and move materials in excess of 100lbs. The employee frequently squat, stoop or kneel. The use of handcarts, motorized equipment and other equipment to manipulate products.
