Quality Inspector

**Work Schedule**:
**2nd Shift Openings (Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-2:00am)**

**Sign on Bonus of $1,000**

**Primary Responsibility**:
Exercises good judgment in the use of measuring instruments, gauges, and accepted quality inspection procedures to evaluate and document quality assurance throughout the operation. Report findings to designated persons in each appropriate department.

**Major Duties**:

- Finish case sampling per OP-QLTY-0011.
- Procurement of customer and front office samples.
- Completion of all quality form for each order.
- Checking Cello Machines.
- Monitoring rework area.
- Maintain the work area in a neat and orderly manner.
- Perform all work according to the best safety practices.
- Follow SOP 4.13 Control of Non-Confirming material for all defective material found.
- Monitoring of all Printing and Cutting Presses.

- Verify color approvals in Printing
- Verify cutting approvals in Die Cutting
- Filing of paperwork in QA office.
- Procurement of Die Cut samples for front office.
- Making of color tolerances.

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
