Asada Tacos & Beer Restaurant in Tucson is searching for a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our team and oversee our unique Taqueria & Bar.
At Asada Tacos & Beer, we're more than just a restaurant. We’re an Authentic Sonoran Taqueria, inspired by the culinary experience of the street of Hermosillo, Sonora, where you’ll find the best carne asada tacos in all of Mexico.
**As the Manager, you will be responsible for**:
- Leading and motivating our team to deliver exceptional service and culinary experiences to our guests.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, including staffing, inventory management, and financial performance.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the local community to promote brand loyalty and engagement.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry, preferably with a focus on Mexican cuisine.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Understanding of financial management and budgeting principles.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
