As a Stockroom Associate at Redbird, you will play a vital role in maintaining the organization and efficiency of our stockroom operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy of contents against purchase orders
- Unpack and organize merchandise, ensuring proper storage and labeling
- Stock shelves and display areas with merchandise according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with conducting regular stock counts and audits
- Fulfill orders and prepare merchandise for shipment or pickup
- Assist with processing returns and exchanges as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the stockroom and storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of tasks

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail or warehouse operations preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and items weighing up to [insert weight] pounds
- Basic math skills and ability to use inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
