Regional Maintenance Technician

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct electrical repairs and installations as needed
- Assist with general maintenance tasks as required
- Paint rooms and common areas
- Lay new floors in rooms and common areas
- Fix and replace basic fixtures such lights, handles and knobs
- Install new vanities and basic counter tops

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in executing general contracting and rehabilitation projects
- Proven expertise in the required areas such as electric work, floor laying, etc.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
