Junior Sales Representative

Job Summary:
Kendall Farms is looking for a Junior Sales Representative for its Retail division. This position is a critical role within our organization. Strong organization, admin & time management skills necessary. The person who will excel in this position will be one who feels comfortable in a fast-paced environment, reliable work ethic and likes to be the advocate between internal and external partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research and identify potential customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with benefits administration and HIPAA regulations is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales techniques

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
