Prefabrication Technician

The Prefabrication Technician for ReThink Electric will be responsible for the assembly of electrical components including but not limited to racking, jumpers, wire spooling, panels, and fixtures prior to installation on the job sites.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assembly of solar electrical components and systems per drawings or instructions.
- Measure and cutting of material as needed.
- Maintain diagrams and instructions to ensure process of assembly is complete
- Assisting with the shipping/delivery of assembled pieces.
- Maintaining a level of quality control that meets ReThink's standards.
- Inventory management of material on hand.
- Documentation as needed.
- Supporting the field installation process as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years in the electrical construction industry with a knowledge of solar components is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of electrical installation and electrical systems.
- General knowledge of mechanical methods and inventory tracking.
- Use of hand tools and power tools with the ability to work with light duty machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret basic instructions and drawings.
- Standing at a workstation for extended periods of time to complete the assembly process.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
