Milwaukee, United States Central Standard Craft Distillery Full time

Central Standard Crafthouse & Kitchen is looking for dedicated, hospitable, and organized servers with bright personalities who enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking servers to join our team for part time hours, 1-3 shifts per week.

Server Job Responsibilities and Expectations:

- Serves patrons with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner.
- Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
- Helps patrons select food and beverages by suggesting courses, explaining the Executive Chef’s specialties, identifying, and suggesting appropriate beverage pairings, and answering food preparation questions.
- Transmits orders to bar and kitchen by recording patrons’ choices and identifying patrons’ special dietary needs and special requests.
- Serves orders by picking up and delivering patrons’ choices from bar and kitchen and delivering accompaniments and condiments from service bars.
- Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, and being alert to patron spills or other special needs.
- Obtains revenues by totaling charges, issuing bills and accepting payments.
- Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by fellow team members.
- Punctuality and scheduling dependability.

Compensation: Hourly (based on experience) plus tips. We believe in providing a path to success for everyone on the Central Standard team. It is our goal to hire, train, grow and provide further opportunities.
