Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate / Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer
- Assist with food preparation and ensure food safety standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and cashier station
- Provide information about menu items, promotions, and special offers
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding food safety, hygiene, and sanitation

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service or cashier role preferred
- Knowledge of culinary or food service industry is a plus
- Familiarity with cash register operations is desired
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
