As an Intervention Counselor implementing Tier 1, 2 and 3 interventions for students, you will play a crucial role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of students. Responsibilities may include running small groups and providing individualized support to students, while addressing a range of academic and social-emotional needs. You will work closely with students, parents, and other staff members to create a positive and supportive school environment within a rigorous, college preparatory, International Baccalaureate school. As this position will be supporting students sense of belonging, the new role will be folded into the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Office in order to strengthen Tiered Interventions.

This is an opportunity to partner with people within the Sturgis community and strengthen outside community partnerships to support students.
