**Credentialing Coordinator FT Days Position Summary**

Coordinates information flow between two or more areas of a single function.
Under general supervision may schedule activities, delegate responsibilities and/or provide notification to others as to status of the function.

**Responsibilities**
- Works with medical staff committees on agenda and minutes.
- Provides clerical support as needed.

**THE CREDENTIALING COORDINATOR FT DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.**

**Education**
**Required**:High School Graduate or equivalent

**Experience**
**Required**:3 years in Medical Staff support role

**Certifications**
**Required**:CPCS
**Preferred**:CPMSM upon hire
