S & S Homes is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator.
Applicant MUST have AT LEAST 2 YEARS experience with new home building warranty and all aspects of residential construction including current SB800 requirements. The right person will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to establish and maintain working relationships with homeowners, subcontractors, and coworkers. This position requires strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and database tracking software. This is a full-time position. The pay scale will be based on knowledge and experience.
Purpose of Position:
The Customer Care Coordinator will be working closely with the Customer Care Manager, subcontractors, and homeowners to complete home inspections and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule home inspections and repairs
- Maintain a daily field report, accurate customer service reports, and customer files.
- Schedule and complete 30-day and 1-year service requests
- Must have a valid California driver’s license and proof of current auto insurance.
- Other duties as assigned
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Ability to Relocate:
- Bakersfield, CA 93311: Relocate before starting work (required)
Work Location: In person
