4. **Neu Appliance** **Service**: Appliance Repair service by our in-house trained appliance repair technicians
**What We Do**
Neu Appliances specializes in refurbishing appliances at a large scale. We are building our service department by utilizing our 30k Sq Ft Appliance refurbishing and training facility in Georgetown, Tx. We teach new technicians in training the skills they need to be a successful appliance technician using our 110 appliance testing stations through ample hands on experience. We train our technician apprentices in all aspects of appliances repair including refrigeration theory and sealed system repairs.
**Our Team**
Our production and training are lead by our Production manager with 15+ Years of appliance technician training experience. We treat our production lines like a training ladder, each technician apprentice must pass qualifying tests before advancing to the next appliance category (or rung in the ladder). Our goal is to advance all technician apprentices through our production training ladder and graduate to our service department doing service calls on the road in customers homes.

2. Train and prepare our future technicians to be successful in our service department
**Your Role**
We are seeking an individual with in-depth appliance repair experience to run service calls and do 1on1 appliance repair training with our future appliance technicians. You will occasionally work within our production lines with other appliance technicians. This part time role will help free up our trainers time to perform trainings and classroom work.
**Requirements**:
**5+ Years of Appliance Repair Experience**
**5+ Years of Leadership Experience**
**3+ Years of Management Experience**
We need a well-groomed, well-spoken, professional team player with ample appliance repair experience.
