**Who we are**:Leeway Inspections specializes in providing lenders with reliable construction work-in-progress inspections anywhere in the USA.

**What we do**: Leeway Inspections provides progress inspections for several banks throughout the US. We have over 600 inspectors, as independent contractors, who go out with their cell phones and take pictures of properties being built. They then upload the pictures to us, we implement them into a report that we send to the bank so that the bank can see what work the contractor has completed and pay them accordingly.

**Who are we looking for**: Leeway Inspections is looking for someone with reliable transportation, access to a phone and internet, who is willing to drive within 20-30minutes to take pictures of a given property within 2 business days of receiving a request. No filling out reports or naming/numbering the pictures. Just take pictures and upload the pictures directly to us.

**What you can expect from us**: Partnering with you as our independent contractor, we will provide clear communication to set you up for success for all projects pending in your area. More specifically, after we receive requests from the lender in your area we will communicate all the information needed for you to easily complete the project within our 2 business day turn around.

This “gig” job provides supplementary income paid within 10 days of project completion.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours:.5 - 5 per week
