**The Opportunity**:
Delaware North Travel and Hospitality is searching for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Fort Lauderdale Airport in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for providing services that match our world-class guest experiences.

**Pay**:
Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $46100 - $62200 / year

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining planned bar and restaurant cost of sales
- Hire, train, and manage an effective and collaborative group of team members, providing ongoing feedback on their job performance
- Research and develop new menus
- Follow control policies that elevate service standards for guests that align

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment
- Excellent verbal, written, organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lead and communicate effectively with team members, creating a positive work environment
- No degree required
