We're SPG Plumbing Drain Service., a growing company seeking a versatile, detail-oriented Service Dispatcher. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient scheduling and dispatching of our service technicians.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and dispatch service technician schedules.
- Schedule return trips and on-call procedures.
- Enter and schedule service calls, and generate daily debriefings.
- Maintain an accurate customer database.
- Respond to customer and technician inquiries.
- Schedule follow-up maintenance appointments.
- Review service work orders and prepare invoices.
- Participate in company training classes.
- Manage conflict resolution with clients.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Coordinate with customers regarding technician availability.
- Answer vendor inquiries and assist with collections as needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum Required**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of service/dispatch environment experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changes.
- **Preferred**:

- Associate or bachelor’s degree.
- Basic plumbing knowledge.
- A/P and A/R knowledge.
- Advanced communication and customer service skills.
- Call center experience.
