**Essential Roles and Responsibilities**:
As a cash posting specialist, your primary responsibilities are to receive and post payments on patient accounts, process refunds, make adjustments to customer invoices, and manage accounts. Other duties include researching and resolving discrepancies and keeping accurate accounting records. You may also open, process, and file incoming mail, answer phone calls related to accounts, and work closely with the administration to ensure accounts are up-to-date and paid on time.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- High school graduate or GED program preferred.
- Knowledge of and proficiency in computer programs, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and experience with database management.
- Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management.
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping.
- Demonstrate a high degree of skill in problem solving and working effectively with people.
- Ability to maintain filling systems and company documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
- Experience in office/clerical/administrative assistant position preferred.
- Experience as a pharmacy technician preferred.

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
