Compensation:
Industry-leading pay package, grossing $1400 - $1600 weekly for drivers running 600 - 800 miles and 3 loads per week.

Pay scale based on verified experience:
$0.82/mile (0-11 months)

$0.83/mile (12-23 months)

$0.84/mile (24-35 months)

$0.85/mile (36+ months)

Unload Pay: $245

Stop Pay: $25

Backhaul Pay: $70

$1000 Sign-On Bonus (SOB): $500 on first load, $500 at 30 days

$150/day for 2-day ride-along during training

**Benefits**:
Home Weekly for a 34-hour reset (weekends not guaranteed)

New hires assigned to tractors post-orientation

Two-week supplies needed for orientation; then sent directly to Joliet, IL

Local-based drivers must park trucks at Markham Terminal or Dollar Tree Joliet DC

Deliver to Dollar Tree stores in IL, WI, IN, MI

Challenging job with potential financial rewards, requiring patience and customer service skills

Support from tenured staff

Mainly International and Freightliner trucks used for superior turning radius
