Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet residents, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
- Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activities
- Handle inquiries and requests from residents and guests promptly and courteously
- Assist with emergency response procedures as needed
- Maintain a safe environment by enforcing security protocols
- Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary

Qualifications:

- Certificate in First Aid and CPR is preferred
- Experience in loss prevention, surveillance, or law enforcement is a plus
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and security protocols
- Strong conflict management skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
