The Sales Associate position pay is DOE

**Duties**:

- Attend all sales qualifying calls/meetings
- Conduct on site visits to evaluate existing condition and collaborate on what the client invisions thier space to be.
- Assist with customer product selections and decision making
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in residential home remodeling and construction
- Strong organizational skills
- Communication
- Knowledge of products and ability to explain their features to customer
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and assist multiple customers simultaneously
- Ability to sell and persuade customers effectively
- 2020 cabinet design software (knowlege on cabinet parts and thier uses) **PREFERRED, NOT REQUIRED**:

- Knowledge of NKBA Guidelines **PREFERRED, NOT REQUIRED**:

- Chief Architect design software **PREFERRED, NOT REQUIRED**:

- Bilingual language skills (English/Spanish) **PREFERRED, NOT REQUIRED**

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Willingness to travel:
