- Part-Time Local Inspector needed for our storage facility Poland, Grey & New Gloucester Maine. Roughly 15 hours per week 1099 - independent contractor $16-$19/hour Duties: Twice WeeklyDrive/walk through the entire facilityCheck for damagesCheck for empty unitsClean out empty unitsOverlocks and unlocks as requested by site managerPick up any trash found on-site.Check for locked open units.Check for anything out of the ordinaryTake pictures with smartphone - must have a smart phoneRepairs and maintenance tasks as requested by inspections & maintenance managerMeet with contractors as requested by management teamMeet with customers for assistanceWeeding and light landscaping dutiesUnit cleanouts and moving heavy itemsAssess damageLight duty repair and maintenanceOther, as needed Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible scheduleWork Location: In person
