Carpentry/punchout

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform punchout work, including repairing and finishing tasks in residential and commercial construction projects
- Hang doors, install hardware, and make necessary adjustments for proper fit
- Conduct construction painting, including touch-ups and final finishes
- Assist with electrical work, such as installing light fixtures or outlets
- Fabricate and install custom pieces, such as shelves or cabinets
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

**Experience**:

- Plastering and drywall repair
- General maintenance person skills

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in carpentry and punchout work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Proficient in using a variety of hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
