**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Bartending Excellence**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Dokkaebier Brewery's beer offerings, including flavor profiles, and ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and sanitizing surfaces.
- **Leadership and Training**:

- Lead by example and motivate team members to deliver top-notch service to our customers.
- Provide training and guidance to new bartenders, ensuring they understand Dokkaebier Brewery's beer offerings, service protocols, and safety procedures.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among staff members.
- Lead pre-shift meetings to communicate daily specials, promotions, and any relevant updates to the team.
- Manage schedules and issues related to the bar
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Build rapport with customers, offering recommendations, answering questions, and providing insights into Dokkaebier Brewery's beers and brewing techniques.
- Actively promote brewery events, beer releases, and special promotions to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Solicit feedback from customers to continuously improve service standards and enhance the overall guest experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working as a bartender in a craft brewery or similar establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of craft beer styles, brewing techniques, and industry trends.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- TIPS or similar certification in responsible alcohol service preferred.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift

Weekly day range:

- Every weekend
- Rotating weekends
