**Who we are looking for**

The Agent Services Coordinator understands that for the Market Center to run effectively and efficiently, the leadership team must tend to its associates’ needs in such a way that they are receiving the expected level of service and support. There is unlimited growth potential for someone who wants a long and valued career in and around real estate.

The Agent Services Coordinator will be responsible for the successful onboarding and the training of all real estate agents. They will maintain the organization of the office, ensuring the associates have a professional atmosphere to conduct their business in. The Agent Services Coordinator will have a relationship-based attitude with an understanding that they are in a position of servant leadership. They will communicate with associates, recruits, and the leadership team effectively and professionally to ensure information is disseminated through the proper channels.

The Agent Services Coordinator is an integral part of our leadership team by providing support and feedback to the Market Center Administrator and Team Leader on all matters affecting the productivity and operations of the Market Center.

**What you will do**
- These are the standards a well above average performer will maintain or exceed:_
- Lead the onboarding and training of all agents new to our office
- Assist leadership team with Market Center operations and various administrative functions
- Help to share Market Center value story and participate in the recruitment of newly licensed agents and retention of current associates
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities_
- Assist in the agent training process to get agents into production as soon as possible
- Greet everyone in a helpful, positive manner
- Perform opening and closing duties as required
- Assist leadership team with various duties
- Maintain appearance of common areas
- Assist with social media updates and office communication
- Organize, coordinate and market all KW events and training's
- Contribute to agent retention
- Partake in agent recruiting practices

**Full Benefit package available after 90 days.**

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
