The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Lease Administrator to join our team. As Lease Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our lease and license agreements, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in lease administration processes. This role also manages our serviced office portfolio, including access requests, identifying and contracting for new locations, as well as tracking and managing occupancy.

Your day-to-day
- Lease Management: Oversee the lifecycle of lease agreements, including lease abstracting, document management, and lease renewal processes.
- Lease Audits: Conduct regular audits to verify lease data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Lease Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease documentation, including amendments, extensions, and terminations.
- Rent Administration: Review billing to ensure accuracy and coordinate with Finance for on-time payments.
- Financial Analysis: Assist in financial analysis and reporting related to lease agreements, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Lease Database Management: Utilize lease management software to organize, track, and manage lease data efficiently.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance lease administration efficiency and effectiveness.
- Global Space Utilization Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of current space utilization across our global facilities footprint, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement in various regions and cultures.
- Lease Renewal Tracking: Monitor lease agreements for all facilities, tracking expiration dates and renewal options to ensure timely decision-making and negotiation of lease terms.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a first point of contact for facility-related inquiries and concerns from internal stakeholders across different regions, providing timely and effective communication regarding Serviced Office status, access requests, and updates.

- Proficiency in lease management software and Microsoft Office Suite.-

Base Pay Ranges:
SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area:
Base Pay Range: 87,900.00 - 128,920.00 USD

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:
Base Pay Range: 71,025.00 - 104,170.00 USD

All other cities and states excluding those listed above:
Base Pay Range: 64,950.00 - 95,260.00 USD
