Pool Technician

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pool Technician to join our team. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing pool equipment, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of pools, and providing exceptional customer service. New hire will train alongside the owner for the first month to learn the route to the standards of the company. Applicants with no pool experience may be considered if they can learn fast.

**Duties**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and sanitizing pools
- Inspect and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators
- Test water chemistry and make necessary adjustments to maintain proper balance
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues with pool equipment
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns

**Skills**:

- Proficient in using power tools for equipment repair and maintenance
- Knowledge of pool cleaning techniques and procedures
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Familiarity with hand tools used in pool maintenance
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure pools are clean and safe for use
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers in a professional manner

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
