**Summary**

In a high-volume, fast-paced environment, project support specialist is responsible for supporting not only individual planning tasks but also overall project planning and control. The goal is to ensure orderly, economical, transparent and complete project implementation while maintaining a professional and customer centric attitude

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
In a fast paced, team, and goal-oriented Project Management Support department, duties include:

- Make outbound calls to customers in a professional manner fostering customer

relationships.
- Identify, research, and resolve project challenges in a timely manner.
- Prepare new project files and review timeline and materials.
- Create and update Project Managment files and support the Service Centers in any and all Project needs.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with cross functional teams and multiple business units.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education and/or Experience**

High School Diploma or GED

Associate degree or higher

Minimum of 2-4 years of customer experience in a high-volume business field.

Experience in a construction business environment or related fields preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Office-Excel and Word.

Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

**Computer Skills**

Knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Excel/MSWord/SharePoint/Teams), BuilderTrend, intermediate-level Microsoft Word and Excel skills, and a thorough understanding of computer basics.
