The RN will have 24/7 support from the pharmacy and support from the triage nurses. Looking to fill 10/HR shifts Saturday and Sunday and three days during the week, 8-12-week assignment.

**As a Registered Nurse, here’s an overview of the job responsibilities;**
- Provide hospice -based care to patients with illnesses, injuries and chronic diseases
- Work with a team of physicians and oversee LPNs, CNAs and aides providing patient care
- Examine patients, do assessments, document progress and report changes to their physician
- Educate patients on their plan of care, prescribed medication, therapy, diet and exercise
- Coach family members on the patient’s plan of care, medication

**Requirements of this position entail**:

- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in NH
- Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience, in relate field
- CPR certification
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Ability to pass a comprehensive fingerprint/background check and drug screening.
- Clinical proficiency in nursing specialty, strong communication skills and compassion
- Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation
- **AUTO INSURANCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION. Mileage reimbursement**
